A farmer and flight instructor has been apart of the H4K committee in Blue Creek before joining the BCE Board. He is a member of the Blue Creek Evangelical Mennonite Mission Church where he attends with his wife and two young sons.

Native of Spanish Lookout is now residing with his family in Belize City where he attends Open Door Believers Chapel. He is manager of Westrac's Belize CIty branch and is a husband and a father to three energetic children. Neil joined the BCE Board in the Spring of 2014. His role and interest on the board is networking and fundraising.

Newest member of the board, live in Yo Creek with his wife and two sons and works in Belize City. As a youth, Jamin was one of the first BCE summer camp volunteers.

We are actively looking for more persons to serve in ministry by participating on our board of directors team.
Expectations of any new Board members:
Meetings: how often, how long
- Around 1 a month
- Aim for 2 hours
- During the day, mostly weekdays
Commitment levels / terms
- 3 year terms
- Terms renew in September
Responsibilities / Expectations
- Agrees to BCE statement of faith
- Attend regular meetings
- Helps make decisions that would benefit the whole of the ministry
- Contribute to guidance and accountability to ministry
- Pray for the ministry regularly
- Come to see and experience different aspects of the ministry
- Uphold decisions made by board as a unit
