At the time of publishing, in September 2025, we have just received the purchase price for the land. While we were praying for a favourable price, we were amazed that it was 28% lower than the lowest price we could have ever imagined.

Due to the good stewardship of previous boards, which have accompanied us on this journey of finding land for over eight years, BCE had the funds to purchase the land immediately.
